*Applicants must provide a valid resellers license number.
*Applicants must state where they intend to resell - whether it be a store, online, mail
order or other.
*Minimum order is $150.
*Shipping is charged at 15% of the total order value.
*All accounts must be prepaid by credit card or Paypal.
*Drop-shipping is also available. There is a $2.00 handling fee per item and shipping
costs will be charged at actual shipping cost of the order (No minimum order).
*Lead time is a maximum of 3 weeks after payment is received.
*Reselling on Amazon.com is prohibited.
